The Esplanade Suite

The primary suite overlooks the avenue's magnificent Southern live oaks, with a private balcony that invites slow mornings and lingering evenings beneath the canopy.

Fifteen-foot ceilings and the original heart-pine floors set the stage for a room dressed in Parisian-flea-market finds — a carved fretwork headboard, brass sconces, and a writing desk positioned to catch the morning light off Esplanade.

Bedroom Two

Bohemian and whimsical, with an easy, collected charm and room enough for a crowd.

A hand-carved bone inlay bed imported from India anchors one side of the room; the other belongs to “Hushed Hours,” a sculptural daybed set against botanical wallpaper. Two distinct beds, one playful, layered room — unmistakably New Orleans.

The Bonus Room

Tucked beside the courtyard, with its own balcony overlooking the greenery — a secluded, almost storybook corner of the house.

A canopy bed anchors the quietest room in the house. French doors open onto a private balcony above the courtyard fountain — the spot every guest photographs and no one wants to leave.

Two Rooms, Open to Each Other

A double parlor in the classic New Orleans style — pocket doors, soaring ceilings, and a matched pair of antique mirrors over working fireplaces. Blush velvet on one side, cream boucle on the other, both made for a crowd with a glass in hand.

Fully Stocked, Genuinely Used

Marble counters, brass fixtures, and a wall of original exposed brick — a full kitchen for the morning coffee run, the day-after brunch, or the welcome cocktails poured before anyone heads out the door.

An Outdoor Room of Its Own

Tucked behind the house and shared by every bedroom’s balcony, the courtyard is where mornings start slow and nights don’t want to end — string lights, greenery, and enough seating for the whole party to gather with a drink in hand.
